Learning for Life Programme (Performing Arts)
Based on the school’s vision: Passionate Learners, Confident Leaders, envisioning that every West Viewan is a talented pupil who can learn and lead; the Learning for Life Programme serves to provide pupils with more opportunities to discover their talents and broaden their learning experiences.
Vision: Every West Viewan is a talented pupil with talents waiting to be discovered and developed
Mission: Provide every child with the opportunity to ACE the Arts - appreciate the Arts, create to express themselves and explore to discover and develop their talents
West View’s ACE Framework seeks to enable pupils to be appreciators of the Performing Arts, creators in their own right and motivated explorers of their talents. The values emphasised in West View are Integrity, Care, Commitment, Aspiration, Responsibility and Excellence (ICARE) and pupils display the values by practicing the Seven Habits of Mind by Stephen Covey.
